Private Tutoring Services

I conduct 1-on-1 private lessons with students from elementary through college, and beyond. The majority of my students are in junior high, high school, or college. I specialize in prealgebra, algebra 1 & 2, geometry, trigonometry, precalculus, calculus, and PSAT/SAT & ACT prep.

Online

Private lessons take place online via Zoom or Skype. I’ve done online lessons exclusively for over 3 years and it works great for 1-on-1. We can see each other, hear each other, and interact live. I share my screen and students can see everything that I’m writing. Additionally, I send a pdf of all of the notes after each lesson and a recording of the lesson is available as well.

Lesson Format

I typically conduct 1-hour lessons weekly or bi-weekly, but every situation is unique, and I work out the exact details with each student. Students provide me with information on what topics their teacher is covering in class and I help them understand anything they are unsure of. It is best for the student to have their own textbook or material from class, but I provide supplementary material as well.
